A function of Loss Prevention Department; The purpose of this role is to ensure that our team members maintain integrity and verify the accuracy of the paperwork used by team members.

The following are key responsibilities, however, are not limited to this list.
1. Create a detailed map of all equipment being used for each assigned section.
2. Verify accuracy of team member's paperwork for each assigned section.
3. Provide notated descriptions of guests on the section maps.
4. Contact Director of Loss Prevention if any discrepancies are found.
5. Check each assigned section at least three times a day.
6. Conduct yourself professionally with guests, managers, and team members.


  • Must be able to walk 1 to 2 miles during your shift
  • Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions (prolonged heat and sun exposure, rain, wind, etc)
  • Ability to read maps is essential
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers and the public to get necessary information, even if the person is hostile
  • Must communicate all potential issues to direct supervisor
